Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use reliable carriers such as Delivery and Bluedart.

  • Domestic shipments usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • For international deliveries, expect 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate and calculated shipping options are available at checkout, based on your location and order weight.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over 300, where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Snowflakz.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We can only deliver to physical street addresses; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

  • Some remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or longer delivery windows. If your location is affected, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Attempts & Returns

  • Our carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

  • Delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor or in a safe place) can be added during checkout to avoid missed deliveries.

Damages & Delays

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

  • While transit times are estimated, unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
